How do I find work?
Open Work → Find work. Use Job hunter for listings, Opportunities for XIGAPATH roles, and Applications to track what you sent.
How do I hire someone?
Open Business → Hire nearby talent, send an offer, wait for accept, then both of you sign the contract.
How does payment work?
The customer records Mobile Money, bank or cash with a reference. After the job is complete, the customer releases it to the worker.
What is the platform contract?
It is the written agreement on XIGAPATH for that hire: parties, scope, amount and payment steps. Work starts after both signatures.
How do I add a profile photo?
Go to Profile, choose a photo, zoom to fill the circle, then save. The photo is cropped to fit.
How do I post a photo?
On Home, open the composer, write your update, choose Add photo, then publish.
How do I list my business on the map?
Open Map → List on map, enter the address, then save. People can find you on Discover map.
What if someone asks for money off the platform?
Do not pay. Use Report on the profile or post, and keep the hire on XIGAPATH.
How do I change language?
Use EN or RW in the header. Menus and help follow the language you pick.

Use the Help button in the corner, or open Help centre for all questions and a contact form.
